Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis Missouri, where she worked at The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a Bachelors degree in Communication and theater. When she moved from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 lead roles at LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. In addition to continuing her studies in improvisation at The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television and in film. The actress is well known for her work as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara in The Ring 2 but is most well-known as the bubbly bright receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV Land's sitcom The Exes from 2011 to 2015. She played Kelly as the paralegal day, and a party hopper at night. Kelly also appeared as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. She sang in soprano for several animated cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First, and Doc McStuffins. Recent roles include the charming and dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's Superstore. She lives a quiet private life with her husband and two small children. She loves sewing, writing and helping out at school events.
