Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was the lead singer in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater and Communications. When she moved to Los Angeles, Kelly quickly started to become involved in the theater world. She's appeared and choreographed in more than two dozen shows. Kelly started landing TV and film roles as she studied improvisation and joined the Theatre West company member. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive stature have allowed her to portray a range of different roles. She was known to the public for taking on the part of the evil Samara as Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. In reality she's more well known as the bubbly and bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly was the Series Regular of TV Land's The Exes the sitcom that featured a paralegal in the daytime and a party girl at night. She acted from 2011-2015. In addition, Kelly played the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she played a overwhelmed suburban mom. She is known for her soprano vocals in many animated shows, including Tom & Jerry's Sofia the First or Doc McStuffins. In the last few years, she has been known as the dim, but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's hit comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband and two young kids. She enjoys sewing and volunteering at school activities.
